I am a Domestic Energy Assessor based in Sittingbourne, Kent, but I live near major road links which means I can be anywhere in the South East very quickly. My hours work around the customer which includes evenings and weekends. I will also work at very short notice.

As well as providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) I can also arrange Home Information Packs.

All Domestic Energy Assessors must be accredited. I am fully accredited and insured with NHER.

All homes now placed on the housing market must have a Home Information Pack as a legal requirement (there are some statutory limitations which make properties exempt from this requirement to have a Home Information Pack).

Landlords

Offering my service to the general public, letting agents, landlords and solicitors I have become highly recommended in the Kent area due to my professional, friendly and reliable service and local knowledge.

From October 2008 EPCs have been required for rental properties, both social and domestic. Contact me for more details and discover the discount for block bookings.

Home Information Packs

The Home Information Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which provides information as to how energy efficient the home is. It also gives recommendations that could reduce the impact on the environment of the property which ultimately could save the home owner money.

I am able to provide a comprehensive service offering Energy Performance Certificates and standard Home Information Packs (HIPs) at competitive rates for residents of Kent and the surrounding areas (including Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Essex and London).
